We may also collect standard technical information such as the page you arrived from and marketing attribution parameters.

If you leave comments or use other features on planwell.legal, we may collect the data shown in those forms, plus IP address and browser user agent as described on our production Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule your free consultation, and provide estate-planning services. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS and text messages are sent only if you check the optional SMS consent checkbox on the form. Providing a phone number or submitting the form without checking that box does not constitute consent to receive text messages.
